Maximum Machining Dimensions

Quality Assurance & Industry Standards

Our manufacturing facility maintains ISO9001:2015 certification with comprehensive quality management systems.
All CNC machining processes follow AS9100 aerospace standards and ISO 13485 medical device requirements where applicable.
We employ statistical process control (SPC) methodologies and first article inspection (FAI) protocols to ensure
consistent quality across production runs.

Advanced metrology equipment including coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical comparators,
and surface roughness testers verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish specifications.
Material traceability is maintained through certified material test reports (CMTRs) and heat code tracking.
